1. About Burger Hosting
Burger Hosting provides web hosting and related website services for individuals, creators, developers, businesses, freelancers and agencies.
Our services may include website hosting, email, SSL, CDN-related features, application tools and technical support.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement in your applicable jurisdiction to purchase or use our services.
Information provided during registration or purchase must be accurate, current and complete.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- Protecting access to your account.
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Preventing unauthorized account use.
- Reporting suspected account compromise promptly.
4. Hosting Plans
Our current one-time (lifetime) hosting plans are:
All plans include unlimited storage and bandwidth for normal website use (fair-use limits apply), unlimited subdomains, free SSL, CDN support, unlimited email accounts and premium support. If the plan details shown on our pricing page or at checkout differ from this section, the details shown at checkout at the time of purchase apply.
4A. What "Lifetime" Means
"Lifetime" and "one-time payment" mean that you pay once for your hosting plan and are not charged a recurring annual hosting fee for that plan. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Burger Hosting service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Your lifetime plan remains active as long as:
- Burger Hosting continues to offer the service; and
- your account complies with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Lifetime plans do not include domain name registration or renewal, which are billed separately. Plan features may be updated over time to keep the service secure and sustainable; we will not reduce the number of websites included in your plan.
If Burger Hosting discontinues the hosting service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so that you can back up and move your websites.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed on our website may change. The applicable price is the price shown when you complete your purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Burger Hosting does not need to store complete payment-card information when payment processing is handled by an external provider.
6. Website Content
You are responsible for everything you upload, publish, transmit or operate through your hosting account.
This includes website files, databases, images, plugins, themes, applications, scripts and email content.
7. Resource Usage
Features such as unlimited storage, bandwidth, email or subdomains are provided for legitimate website use and remain subject to reasonable technical and operational limitations.
Hosting must not be used primarily as a personal cloud drive, backup repository, file-sharing platform, download mirror or similar service that places abnormal load on shared infrastructure.
8. Backups
You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important website and business data.
Any backup functionality provided by Burger Hosting should be considered a convenience and not an absolute guarantee that every file or database can always be restored.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep Burger Hosting services available and operational. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, network problems, security events and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Suspension or Termination
Burger Hosting may suspend, restrict or terminate services where reasonably necessary because of:
- Terms or policy violations.
- Illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Security threats.
- Abuse of infrastructure.
- Unpaid amounts.
- Attempts to compromise systems.
- Activity materially affecting other customers.
11. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Eligibility depends on the service purchased, timing of the request and the conditions stated in that policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Burger Hosting's branding, website design, original content, graphics, software and proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.
13. Third-Party Services
Our services may interact with third-party payment providers, software, APIs, plugins or external services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Burger Hosting is not responsible for failures or changes originating solely from an independent third party.
14. Security
You must not attempt to compromise, bypass, disrupt, scan, attack or gain unauthorized access to Burger Hosting infrastructure or another customer's resources.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Burger Hosting will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the services after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
